OAT CORN + MILK❗️

Milk and oats keep the stomach full. Most importantly, it does not produce fat in the body. It also improves the appearance of the skin after childbirth.

TVOROG + RAISIN ❗️

For example, you can add a little sugar to namatak tincture and drink it. Or apple juice, liquid yogurt is also useful. Teas with lemon, apricot or currant jam are not recommended.
