Can 10th grade students take part in the entrance tests of HEIs?

‼️ No, he cannot participate. In accordance with the current regulation (https://lex.uz/docs/-3244181), applicants recommended for studentship to the admission committee of the higher education institution have general secondary education (on the basis of the 11th grade) or secondary special, professional they must present a document (with an attachment) that they have graduated from an educational institution.

Also, information about the educational institution from which you have completed should be entered during online registration.

Pupils studying in the 10th grade of a school or the 1st stage of academic lyceums are considered to have not completed general secondary education or secondary special vocational education institution.

Therefore, they cannot register to participate in HEIs entrance tests and cannot take the test.

In previous years, some 10th graders were able to apply from the site and even passed the test because the base of students studying in school and high school/college was not complete. But even if someone got a passing score in the test, he was not accepted as a student. Because they did not have a certificate (diploma) confirming secondary education.

We hope that this year the relevant ministries will complete the base of educational institutions under their control. Then those who have not completed secondary education will be automatically rejected for registration, they will not be able to register.
