✅ According to the decree, the legal representative of a child under the age of 18 with a disability in need of care will receive a monthly allowance of 500 soums (maintenance allowance).
❗️The above allowance of 500 soums will be granted after the list of caregivers for children with disabilities is formed.
❗️This is a new type of pension. There was no such pension before. A child with a disability was given an allowance, but no care was given to those who looked after him.
✅ In addition, according to the above decree, persons who have been disabled since childhood, not childhood, will now receive the same amount of benefits as those who have been disabled since childhood. Under the previous arrangement, persons without disabilities from childhood would receive a pension of 440 soums, and those with disabilities from childhood would receive a pension of 622 soums. From now on, people with disabilities in both categories will receive the same pension of 622 soums.
