The State Testing Center is working to simplify test assignments, create convenience and convenience for applicants.
In particular, it is planned to make the following changes to the test assignments in the entrance exams for the bachelor's degree of higher education institutions for the 2020-2021 academic year.
Simplification of test tasks:
When it comes to simplifying test assignments, it should not be understood that only simple tests are used in undergraduate entrance exams for higher education institutions.
Test assignments from general education subjects are formed in 3 levels of difficulty. In this case, the test tasks of the first level of difficulty are test tasks that are easy to develop and perform.
In previous years, up to 6 first-level test items from subjects were given. This year, the number of first-level test items used in each option is increasing to an average of 10.
Increase the number of test assignments in the form of unwritten maps, tables, pictures:
This year, in order for applicants to think logically and quickly understand the test tasks, this year, picture tests are being formed in foreign languages ​​(English, German, French), as well as history and geography. The number of picture tests in biology and chemistry is also increasing.
Simplification of test tasks in native language and literature:
The number of test items from works of art recommended for independent reading in the native language (Uzbek, Russian, Karakalpak) and literature will be increased. Also, in order to develop the logical thinking of entrants, text tests, ie test assignments related to working on the text, are created.
Text test tasks are required to determine if the words in the text are used correctly and the sentences are formed correctly, to find the meanings of the words in the text, and to understand the main content of the text.
Increasing the number of theoretical tests in chemistry and physics:
The number of theoretical tests in chemistry is being increased, and tests for laboratory work are being developed.
With the increase in the number of theoretical tests in physics, the number of tests of the first level of difficulty is increased from 6 to 10. Also, for the convenience of applicants, a "Table of Constant Physical Quantities" has been developed, which will be provided to applicants during the test, such as "Periodic Table of the Elements."
