Is it possible to manage time?

SHARE WITH FRIENDS:

It’s hard to call the pace of life of most of us calm and steady. We are all familiar with the lack of time due to the hustle and bustle. In order not to fall victim to stress or, worse, chronic fatigue, it is necessary to be able to allocate time properly. The simplest way to manage time is to make a plan. So how is the plan made?

1. Make a daily plan

People who are successful in life spend a lot of time making plans. A daily plan is a guarantee of increased productivity and effective time management.

2. Write the plans on paper

Let the to-do list serve as a map so you don’t get lost along the way to your set goal.

3. Make a plan for the evening

Mark the tasks for the next day each evening. Get up in the morning and get to work.

4. Distinguish important things

The task of time-management is to identify the main work in a timely manner. Distinguish first-level tasks from next-level tasks, important tasks from unnecessary tasks. Let the order of your work on the list depend on their level.

5. Learn to say no

Learn to reject things that are not on your to-do list and say no.

6. Get rid of things that “eat” your time

Focus on what you are spending your time and free time on. Try to avoid activities that “eat” your time (for example, discussing news with colleagues, watching aimless TV, reading flyers). Remember to make a list of such unnecessary activities and headline “I will never do this again”.

The above simple rules will help you to allocate your time properly and achieve your goals. Those who argue for a lack of time should be reminded that we have been given the same time as great people like Al-Khwarizmi, Ibn Sina and Beruni. But how to spend it, how to use it is in everyone's hands.
