The Column Square in Rome is one of the oldest public squares in the central part of the city. Small along the perimeter, the area of the Colonnade includes several historic attractions, palace buildings and a palazzo, as well as the main streets of the Italian capital. There are very important government buildings not far from each other, where the Council of Ministers (Palazzo Chigi) and the Chamber of Deputies (Palazzo Montechitorrio) are located.
