October 11 is International Girls ’Day (a holiday) that has been celebrated as International Girls’ Day in many countries. This date was adopted by the UN General Assembly, which declared a day to protect the rights of girls. Girls' Day has been celebrated since 2012. Dedicated to this day, the issue of young girls marriage, which is a pressing problem in many countries, is covered. According to statistics, one-third of girls marry before the age of 18. Some get married when they are 15 years old. In developing countries, this figure is very sad, with 90% of newborns being born out of wedlock to teenage girls aged 15-19. Young marriage leads to negative consequences such as human rights violations, deprivation of childhood, and difficulty in getting an education.
