Set a limit on the number of attempts to enter a password in Windows 10 🔐
If you do not want other users to approximate your password when logging in using your computer's password protection, then specify the number of attempts to enter the password. When the user reaches the set attempt limit, the computer is blocked from entering a password for a certain minute.
1️⃣. To do this, press the WIN + R key combination and call the Editor local group policy window by entering the command gpedit.msc in the Run window that opens and pressing the ENTER key.
2️⃣. In the left pane of the window go to the sequence Computer Configuration - Configuration Windows - Security Settings - Politics uchetnyx zapisey - Politika blokirovki uchetnoy zapisey.
3️⃣. You are given three options to set up:
