Natural body cleansing is a two-day fast for everyone

If you want to stay physically fit and prevent digestive and circulatory problems, you should be treated with a short fast every 2-3 weeks.

Inactivity and an unbalanced diet lead to the accumulation of harmful substances in the cells. These harmful substances pollute our body. If they do not melt or wash away, they can cause many diseases. Openness helps fight them. It has a prophylactic effect because through it our body is cleansed of barriers and harmful unwanted proteins.

Consumption of food during prolonged fasting is limited. You can only drink tea infused with water and herbs.

For the treatment to have an effect, you need to exercise regularly and continue each fast with a low-calorie diet.

Basic rules

  • The best time to open is on Saturdays and Sundays because these are not business days.
  • You don’t have to ring your watch. In it you can sleep as much as you want.
  • You can easily experience hunger without physical activity, stress levels, and cravings. So don’t move your furniture, quarrel with your loved ones and loved ones, and don’t accept birthday offers from your aunts.
  • Do not smoke when hungry, take vitamins and painkillers or sedatives. If you are taking medication on a regular basis, consult your doctor to determine if it is possible.

Does starvation help you lose weight?

No. The opener is just a way to rid the body of harmful substances and cleanse it. After a few days of dieting, we lose a little bit, but return to our constant weight again. A two- to three-day fast is a good start in changing our eating habits. Our stomachs get smaller and we need less food to be satisfied.

 
Even after a short opening, we begin to feel different flavors more strongly, for example, if something is salty or sweet. We start using less spices, sugar and salt which leads to spontaneous weight loss. After a few days of fasting, we have been proven by doctors to be less hungry. We want to eat less fatty and heavy foods. We want fruits, vegetables, yogurt and juices. So starvation is a good way to transition to a low calorie diet.

Fluids seven times a day

  1. After standing - a teaspoon of Glauber salt (slightly mirabilis) a glass of water to cleanse the digestive tract.
  2. After a morning shower - a cup of rosemary tea, which activates your circulatory system. If you don’t have rosemary, you can replace it with unsweetened starved tea.
  3. Before noon - 1-2 glasses of water, or 1-2 cups of herbal tea (for example, chamomile or mint)
  4. In the afternoon - 1–2 cups of water
  5. After noon - 1-2 cups of herbal tea (chamomile, mint can be, but not rosemary)
  6. At night, but not later than 7 o'clock - 1–2 glasses of water
  7. Before going to bed (between 9 and 10) - a cup of Melissa tea or valerian tea (they have soothing and soothing properties). Teas should not be sweet.
