Duplicate certificates are now issued electronically

Another public service in the public education system from July 1 this year is launched. Now it is possible to get a duplicate in 5 days instead of lost, damaged, invalid certificates for various reasons.

For this purpose, the Single interactive state services portal for citizens whose certificates have been lost, invalid, damaged to obtain a duplicate (my.gov.uz) form through. The application is automatically sent through the portal to the district (city) departments of public education through them to educational institutions.

On the basis of archival documents, educational institutions prepare a conclusion on the issuance (or refusal) of a duplicate and send it to the district (city) department of public education.

District (city) public education departments issue a duplicate with a QR-code or generate information on the refusal to issue a duplicate and send it electronically through the Single interactive public services portal.

Citizens can automatically download the results of the service in the system for FREE through the Single interactive state services portal.
