A NEW ORDER ON MORTGAGE HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED.
⚡️ Some time ago, on December 2, the head of state held a video conference on the issue of obtaining mortgages and allocating subsidies to them. In the video selector, he said that the sector was not satisfactory and that the sector would be reformed soon. A week later, as mentioned in the video selector, there was a change.
? On 09.12.2021, the decree of the President No. PF-33 "On additional measures to provide housing to the population through mortgage loans based on market principles" was adopted.
❗️ According to the decree, from December 2021, 10:
? The practice of determining the maximum area of an apartment when paying subsidies for mortgage loans to citizens with low income and needing to improve their housing conditions will be abolished; (There was such a restriction under the old system)
? Subsidies to cover a part of the initial contribution - a fixed amount of 32 million soums, subsidies to cover a part of the interest payments - will be paid for the part that exceeds 5 percent during the first 10 years. (In the old system, the amount of the subsidy was not set in a fixed amount)
? Subsidies are paid even if the price of the purchased apartment exceeds the maximum amount of the mortgage loan. In this case, if the price of the apartment exceeds the maximum amount of the mortgage loan, the remaining part of the value is paid by the borrower from his own funds. (Previously, the subsidy was not paid when exceeding the maximum amount of the mortgage loan)
? Citizens have the right to involve other persons who do not live with them and are not close relatives as co-borrowers when obtaining a mortgage loan. (According to the old system, only close relatives living with them could be co-borrowers)
