If there is no doubt about the quality of the test, then you need to know the day of ovulation. To determine it, you need to know the duration of the menstrual cycle. For example, if the last menstrual period was on April 1, and the cycle lasted 28 days, then:
- The date of the next menstrual period is determined (if the duration is 28 days, then on April 28)
- Given that the day of ovulation occurs 14 days before the next menstrual period, 28 days are deducted from April 14 to determine its date, which means that the day of ovulation on April 14 was
- The pregnancy test gives an accurate result 12-14 days after ovulation, which means that if measured from April 26-28, the results should be reliable.
