THE CONCEPT OF REDUCING ALIMENT
If the court finds that the alimony payer has other minor children and collects alimony from him in the amount prescribed by law, these children will be less well-off than the alimony-paying children, as well as if the alimony-paying parent is the first or second disabled person or alimony recipient. if the children work and they have adequate wages, the amount of alimony to be collected should be reduced by the court.
As stated in Part 105 of Article 2 of the Family Code, if the children are fully supported by the state or public organizations, the court has the right to reduce the amount of alimony or exempt the defendant from paying alimony.

According to the decision of the Khiva District Court of November 1997, 10, I am paying alimony in the amount of one-fourth of my salary for my child, Guzal, born on November 1995, 30, who is in the care of Soniya Shokirova.
In addition, according to the decision of the Urgench city court of September 1999, 25, alimony in the amount of one third of my salary was paid in favor of my ex-husband Reymajon Jumaniyazova for the upbringing of my two remaining children - Temur Bobojonov, born March 1997, 8 and Yulduz Bobojonova, born November 1998, 13. I'm coming. According to the decision of the Khiva district court of October 1999, 16, my two children, Jahongir Bobojonov, born on November 2, 1997, and Dilmurod Bobojonov, born on March 23, 1999, are still receiving alimony in the amount of one third.
I married a woman named Sanobar Nigmatova in January 1999, and now we have a child named Nilufar Bobojonova, born on February 2000, 5.
Currently, I work as a dispatcher in the office of "Khorezturizm" in Urgench, my monthly salary is 12890 soums. But a very large part of my monthly salary is sent to alimony. Now my husband is sitting idle because our child is young and I am sick. Our family is struggling financially, and the people in charge are well-off. Despite my serious condition, the amount of alimony collected was more than half of my monthly salary, which exceeded the statutory amount.
According to the above and in accordance with Article 105 of the Family Code
