Rasul Kusherbayev was born on January 1987, 12 in Yangiyul district. Nationality Kazakh. He spent his childhood in the village of Koshyogach near the Chirchik River. His father was a very strict man, but when he saw that his children were only reading a book, he fell in love. That is why Rasul read many books. As a child, he dreamed of becoming a pilot. But because of a movie, his dream changes. In that film, which changed his views, the idea was always to move forward and help people without deviating from his goal. After graduating from high school, he studied at the Faculty of International Journalism of UzSWLU. He began his career in 2007 in the Tashkent Regional Council of UzLiDeP. In 2012-2014, he worked as the editor-in-chief of the Yangiyul newspaper. In 2014, he was elected to the lower house of parliament. Member of the Committee on Combating Corruption and Judicial Issues. In recent years, he has been active in addressing such issues as the abolition of the monopoly, the reduction of tuition fees at universities, the provision of affordable housing to the middle and lower classes of the population. Although he is one of the most active members of parliament, he said he was able to help only 30 per cent of the appeals made to him last year. Kusherbayev criticized the governors for demolishing people's homes and opposed pension reforms. In January of this year, the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev told Kusherbayev: "Not everyone likes you, I like you." He recently announced that he had translated a book by Kazakh writer Tolen Abdikov, The Square of Wisdom, into Uzbek.
