About problems… 20+

When we have a problem, we look at it as if it were an enemy, an unhappiness. But over time, we feel that every problem has helped us in some way. We realize that problems are useful to us and can solve other problems or teach us a valuable lesson. Were it not for this problem, we would not have mastered this lesson.

If we have a problem, we should try to ask the following questions:

There is a saying: "Every black cloud has a bright side." Can this article be applied to your problem?

Many say that problems and suffering are not in vain. What do you think?

If this problem has taught you something in life, what is it? Taught to have information about yourself or others?

You know, sometimes we can’t immediately understand exactly what problems have taught us. But in time, we will realize that. Let’s say we’ve been talking to you about this problem for a few years now, and I’m asking you that question. How do you think you would respond?

Let’s imagine, on one of those happy days, you have a child or grandchild born. You want to tell them exactly what these problems have taught you in life. What would you say?

This list could go on and on. Asking such questions teaches you to find wisdom, goodness in every problem. The positive psychotherapy of parent-child Pezeshkians is based on this very principle. I would be wrong to say that we are based on hadiths.
