What benefits are provided to applicants with certificates of advanced international examination systems (TOEFL, IELTS, CEFR, SAT General, SAT Subject, etc.)?

If it is established that the certificates submitted (submitted) by the applicant are forged, in this case, the applicant is excluded from the entrance exams (if accepted as a student, from the ranks of students of the higher education institution) and notified to law enforcement agencies in the prescribed manner.
