ALIMENT PAID ON RECEIPT OF CHILD BENEFITS IS DEDUCTED FROM THE FAMILY'S INCOME.
⚡️ Question; I have 3 children. My husband works for a government agency and earns 3 million soums a month. My husband pays 1 million alimony to the two children in his previous family. Then we have two million months left. When I recently applied to the community for child support, they told me that your spouse would not be paid because of the high salary, right?
⚡️ Answer; No it's wrong. According to the regulation approved by Government Resolution No. 654, the amount of alimony paid by a citizen is deducted from the total income of the family. In other words, your monthly income should be calculated based on the two million soums left over from alimony for your family. That two million soums equals 400 soums when you, your spouse and three children are divided. The charter stipulates that the monthly income per capita should not exceed 440 soums. And your income does not exceed the norm. Unless there are other circumstances in your family that are contrary to the requirements of the statute, then you should be given child support.
