Benefits of WATERMELON SEED
Watermelon seeds are rich in antioxidants. So try to chew it (I always do) without removing the seeds as much as possible.
If you swallow it whole, the necessary substances in it will not come out of the seed, but will go into the sewer in its entirety.
Why are antioxidants needed?
