Nishal is a national dessert, mainly made during Ramadan, Eid and even at weddings.
Nisholda is a light dessert made by mixing the decoction of the root of the yam tree with egg whites and sugar syrup. To prepare 1 kg of starch:
- 900 g of sugar (7 thousand soums);
- 10-12 egg whites (12 thousand soums)
- 1 g of citric acid (1000 soums)
- You will need 0,1 g of vanillin (1000 soums).
A total of 21 soums worth of products are needed to make Nisholda, and you can sell them on the market for an average of 35 soums.
