  1. MAIN OBJECTIVES AND DIRECTIONS OF THE PROJECT.
The purpose of poultry farming is to provide our people with eggs and dietary chicken meat and to further satisfy the needs of the population in these products.
The total cost of the project is 20 soums, 000 soums will be allocated to the farm from the bank account, and the loan repayment is planned for 000 years at an average annual rate of 3000%. The main goal of the entrepreneur is to buy 000 head of chickens, feed them and buy dietary chicken meat and eggs.
Implementation of this project will create an internal opportunity to fill the domestic consumer market of the region with high-quality, low-cost, local products, and to benefit from the positive implementation of the project to expand production.
  1.     PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT.
The purpose of this project is to justify the organization of the production of eggs and dietary chicken products by purchasing a high-yielding "Dutch - broiler chicken", which can be purchased on credit. It is planned to bring the marketed chicken meat and eggs to the market, taking into account the high demand for them.
The purpose of the project initiator is to implement the project for the following reasons:
- the ability to quickly recoup capital expenditures due to the low cost of production;
- The feasibility of the project is due to the fact that the suppliers of raw materials and channels for the sale of finished products are organized and have sufficient experience.
Negotiations between the supplier of raw materials and potential buyers of finished products, as well as the initiator of the project, showed that they have a great interest and willingness to cooperate on the project. Due to the convenient location of the region, as well as the breadth of the market for finished products, there is a very good opportunity to implement the project.
  1. MARKET AND MARKETING CONCEPT.
The territory of Kashkadarya region is adapted for the cultivation of dietary chicken and egg products, and the main producers are subsistence farms of the local population. The main part of the demand for egg products is in Tashkent and Samarkand regions. The reason for the high cost of the products of the above-mentioned farms is the fact that the cost of transportation to other regions is included in the price of the product.
Therefore, it would be expedient to increase the production of agricultural products in our region that fully meet the requirements of domestic and foreign consumer markets in terms of quality.
The competitive side of dehkan farms is determined primarily by the general nature of their ability to adapt quickly to changes in market demand. Based on the above-mentioned feature, the project guarantees that the products will be able to withstand competition, in the short term, in the production of products, low internal costs, primarily due to falling demand.
  1. SALES PROGRAM

It is possible to sell the products directly to the market with consumers in our region and other regions.
The strategy of the sales program, the quality of the products grown, the constant study of the demand for the type, the rapid adaptation to changes in market conditions, and, based on the above considerations, the rapidly adjusting price tactics for the finished product.
  1. PROJECT COST.
The total cost of the project is 938600 soums.
To implement the project, the project initiator plans to purchase 3000 chickens, grain and chicken feed from the market at the expense of a loan of 000 soums from the bank.
Of which: - 10 000 000 sum - to the pedigree «Dutch chicken»
- 4000 000 sum - grain and chicken feed
Table 2.1 clearly shows the cost of the project.

  1. PRODUCTION PROGRAM
 Production plan.

The production plan and nomenclature of products are based on the feed purchased on credit. Our goal is to have 200 live chickens weighing 0,710 kg, each for 2900 rupees.Feeding method:
The following feed products are used for fattening chickens and for obtaining and replacing eggs in the 1st year.
1.Don. 2. Em
From the moment of purchase, the hen is considered to be at a temperature of 7-20 C * under a strict regime for a period of 30 months, creating the maximum conditions for laying eggs. On average, 1 days in 365 year, one hen lays an average of eggs (7 x 7): 30 = 2 eggs. The second jaroen, “replacement” i.e. new 105-month-old laying hens are purchased, old hens are fattened. The feeding period is 7 month (1 days). Feeding is 30 conventional units per hen per day, which shows that the live weight is 0,9 kg per day.
  1. 0,9 * 30 = 2,7 conditional unit of measurement
  2. 0,085 * 30 = 2,55 kg total weight.
Let's take a look at the% of food that goes in a day.

In one cycle, the project initiator produces 391,2 kg of meat per year.
In the next table we will look more clearly.
