Chronic fatigue syndrome is a state of intense fatigue that is constantly observed and its origin cannot be explained by any disease. Fatigue lasts for several months and affects the patient’s normal functioning. The term "chronic fatigue syndrome" was coined in 1988 by US scientists. Previously, this condition was considered a type of neurosis. Chronic fatigue syndrome occurs at any age.

What are the reasons?

Chronic fatigue syndrome is more common in people who walk in a state of constant stress, often get sick, people with low immunity, those who are accustomed to a sedentary lifestyle without physical activity, and those who walk in constant depression.

What are the symptoms?

The main symptom of this syndrome is prolonged general fatigue. Fatigue increases after physical activity, does not pass even after rest, the patient lies down exhausted. Of course, this weakness also affects the mental activity of the patient. He will not be able to read and master any material, his work will be unproductive, and as a result he will not be able to perform his task fully. These conditions make the patient overly nervous, irritable, distracted, and disrupt his normal functioning. Sometimes the patient takes the nicknames unreasonably greedy, lazy, excused, lazy, and deceitful. Therefore, this situation can cause family conflicts. In such patients, headache, dizziness, sleep disturbances, loss of appetite, frequent mood swings, lethargy,
heart palpitations, unpleasant sensations in the abdomen, bladder pain, and unpleasant sensations and pains in various parts of the body (especially the joints) are observed.

In chronic fatigue syndrome that develops after viral infections, the lymph nodes are also enlarged. Various stresses aggravate the course of the disease. If the disease persists for a long time and a series of examinations are performed, the patient may develop apathy and depression. His temperament is also of the temperament type
depending on, it is more severe in melancholy and lasts longer. Sanguines recover faster from this disease.
