CITIZENS ARE LEASED UP TO 1 HECTARE OF LAND FOR 10 YEARS.
📃 According to the Presidential Decree No. PQ-23.11.2021 dated 20, 200 hectares of low-yield cotton and grain used by farms and clusters will be returned to the state reserve in 2022-2025.
🟢 Lands returned to the reserve for the implementation of projects such as intensive horticulture, viticulture, vegetable growing, melons, legumes, oilseeds, potatoes, organized by the dehkan farm, provided citizens with 0,10 hectares (10 sots) to 1 hectare. It is leased for 10 years through an open electronic tender in sizes.
🟢 Collection and review of materials for agricultural purposes, including the lease of land plots for farming, their coordination with the competent authorities and organizations is carried out through the information system "E-IJARA".
Oila Families living in the Iron Book, the Women’s Book, and the Youth Book will have an advantage over others in renting land.
🟢 The resolution also provides applicants with loans of up to 100 million soums at a rate of 14% to achieve the above objectives.
