Daily hair care is, in our opinion, the most important condition for healthy and beautiful hair. If you regularly use therapeutic masks with natural means twice a week, but the other time you take care of your hair improperly, it will not give any results.
Proper hair care is, first of all, the absence of factors that can damage the hair (at least as little as possible). If you have very thick and strong hair, they can withstand such effects relatively well. If you have decided to have long and healthy hair, then this advice is especially important for you. Long hair needs proper and careful care.
1. Shave your hair. Long, thin, dry and weak hair should be combed slowly, starting from the bottom and splitting into strands. Never comb your hair too hard. This leads to their shedding. Most recommendations recommend not combing hair when wet. It is not recommended to comb the hair even when it is wet (for information, the water in the hair is retained for about an hour). If you are afraid that they will get tangled, be extremely careful and gently tighten them using a balm or mask. By doing this, you drastically reduce the level of damage to them.
2. Accessories. Choose a good comb for yourself for daily hair care. It is advisable that they be made of natural wool, wood or plastic. Do not use a metal comb. In general, try not to expose your hair to metal objects (curlers, tongs, combs). Replace them with plastic, wood or fabric items.
3. Long hair care - we wrap and gather. If your hair becomes thin and immediately tangled, even in light winds, try to spread them out as little as possible on the street. Reduce friction on hair, coarse fabrics (especially on the collar). If you notice, the hair in the neck area is more tangled because they are damaged as a result of regular rubbing on the clothes. Be sure to style your hair if you exercise.
4. Climate and proper hair care. On cold days, hide your hair under clothing to prevent them from being exposed to low temperatures. And in the summer, try to protect them from the sun and wind.
5. Washing and drying. Experts can argue as much as they want about whether or not hair can be washed every day. After all, dirt and dust accumulate in the hair throughout the day, and sleeping with such hair is useless. But in the bosom of nature it can be a little tolerable. In doing so, everyone can choose the path that suits them.
6. Haircut and straightening. If your hair is long, the hair ends are affected by many negative factors. Therefore, they dry out. For this reason, it is recommended to trim the hair ends at least 2 cm every 3-0,5 months.
Caring for long hair is not an easy task. Such hair is tangled, the ends dry out. We recommend combing your hair slowly and thoroughly before washing. If you apply the shampoo to the hair roots, it dries the hair ends less. However, this advice does not apply to women who use a lot of styling tools. Such products should be thoroughly washed from the hair.
After long hair care shampoo definitely involves the use of balm or cosmetic masks. Many fear that this will damage and aggravate the hair. However, caring for hair in this way for a long time has a positive effect on the hair.
It is recommended to wash the hair in warm or slightly warmer water. Never wash your hair in very hot water. This leads to their shedding. Intermittent washing, or rinsing the hair in cold water is extremely helpful. This makes the hair smoother and smoother.
All of the above tips are basic recommendations. In our opinion, they are very easy to follow, so you can achieve positive results even without the use of special treatments.
