Did you know that there is a discount on paying a fine?
- Dear citizen, an article has been introduced into the legislation to simplify the payment of fines established by the Code of Administrative Liability.
- According to it, if a citizen who has been fined pays 15% of the fine within the first 70 days, he will be released from the rest of the fine.
- Simplified procedure does not apply in the following cases:
• when a court imposes a fine for an administrative offense;
• when the decision to impose a fine is appealed or protested;
• when the same offense is repeated within 1 year after the imposition of an administrative penalty.
