3 low-fat and sweet foods a day should be the main source of men’s diet.
Breakfast is mainly made up of carbohydrates and provides energy throughout the day, lunch and dinner are made up of proteins, and in the evenings, fats are burned using carbohydrates.
The main dishes should be small and light meals. For example, yogurt, 100 ml of tomato juice (110 kcal), sweet dessert, bread, cottage cheese, cucumber (75 kcal).
Good substitutes for meat were fish and vegetables, but we don’t have to stop eating meat (especially for men who exercise regularly).
We need to forget about meat, fish and alcohol products because they provide our body with empty calories and open the appetite and disrupt the digestive process. We also need to reduce our consumption of strong coffee and tea.


Don’t forget your daily workouts!
In addition to diet, exercise is also recommended. Run and swim as much as you can. We’ll tell you what you need to do to make your daily routine a part of your workout.

1500 kcal per day is the optimal amount for office workers, but for heavy workers this number should be multiplied by 1800 kcal or even 2000 kcal per day. We should also not forget to provide our bodies with water - at least 2 liters of fluid per day (excluding mineral water, juices, tea - alcohol) and the necessary exercise.
How can we get rid of excess fat in our backs?
It is important that our diet is rich in beneficial products but not fatty, it should help us get rid of the fats in our backs. Consumption of pork should be stopped. It is also preferable to forget the hamburger with fried eggs, bacon, fried sausage and potato fir.
The diet should be especially rich in B vitamins, vitamins C, A, D, E, magnesium, calcium, protein and cellulose. The following products are very important: broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, red pepper, potatoes, various salads, wheat, low-fat yogurt, dairy products, black bread, fruit juices, vegetable oils, lemon juice.

Suggestions for breakfast menu:
It is preferable to eat one of the following breakfast menus - these are quick, tasty and give you energy:
1-Menu:
a slice of whole grain bread with half a spoon of butter, 3 pieces of low-fat meat, 10 pieces of melon (205 kcal).
2-Menu:
half a teaspoon of butter with 2 slices of bread and a full spoon of jam (160 kcal).
3-Menu:
unsweetened muesli, a full tablespoon of cottage cheese and 3 full tablespoons of milk. Also 15 pieces of melon nectar (185 kcal).
