The uterine cavity is triangular in shape, with uterine tubes (10–12 cm in length) at the upper two corners. Spermatozoa enter the uterine cavity through the genitals, then pass into the fallopian tube and collide with the egg cell. Fertilization takes place in the fallopian tube. That is, the fertilized egg cell is pushed towards the uterine cavity due to the contractions of the fallopian tube and is covered with fine hairs and becomes a multicellular embryo. It is then grafted to the uterine mucosa using hairs. At the same time, the fetus begins to form.
Often there are changes that prevent the egg from being pushed towards the uterus, i.e. salpingitis occurs. Obstetrician-gynecologist Ranakhon Tadjibayeva told the magazine "Sihat-salomatlik" about this.

Salpingitis is an inflammation caused by the entry of various microbes (gonorrhea, ulcers, tuberculosis infections, etc.) into the fallopian tubes. The infection often travels from the uterus or through the blood and lymph to the fallopian tubes.
Initially, the mucous membranes of the fallopian tubes are damaged, and then other layers. As a result, the fallopian tube may become blocked or scarred.

Salpingitis often causes ectopic pregnancies. In this case, because the fallopian tube is closed, the egg cells do not move forward and lose their way, resulting in grafting to the fallopian tube.
The disease is acute and, if left untreated, becomes chronic. The patient should be hospitalized, follow the rules of personal hygiene, avoid severe colds, and receive treatments that eliminate the source of infections during treatment.

If treatment is delayed, the inflammation intensifies and spreads to the ovaries and uterus. In some cases, ectopic pregnancies occur for reasons other than salpingitis. For example, due to acute inflammation in and around the uterus, the fallopian tubes cannot transfer the fertilized egg to the uterine cavity. As a result, the egg cell develops in the fallopian tube itself, and sometimes in the ovary or abdomen.

Extrauterine pregnancy can be caused by the following diseases of the genitals.

1. Endometritis (inflammation of the lining of the uterus);
2. Uterine fibromyoma;
3. Adnexitis (inflammation of the ovaries and fallopian tubes);
4. Inject iodine solution into the uterus to prevent pregnancy;
5. Infantilism (immaturity of the penis);
6. Pelvioperitonitis (inflammation of the small pelvic peritoneum).

The first sign of an ectopic pregnancy is a bloody discharge from the penis. There is a simmering pain in the lower abdomen. The patient is observed loosening and cold sweating of the body.
If the symptoms of the disease are not treated in time, dizziness and fainting can occur.
The woman should not self-medicate, take anticoagulants, or place hot water bottles or ice packs in the abdominal area.
Patients ’condition can only be alleviated through surgery. It is recommended to eliminate and treat diseases that cause extrauterine pregnancy after surgery.
