Halima Khudoiberdieva (1947.17.5, Boyovut district - 2018.17.8) - People's Poet of Uzbekistan (1992). Graduated from Tashkent State University, Faculty of Journalism (1972). Literary worker, head of department (1972-75), deputy editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief (1982-94), head of department at the Youth Publishing House (1978-82), chairman of the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan (1990-94), "Saodat" magazine, " He was the leading editor of the "Writer" publishing house (1996-98), the deputy editor-in-chief of the "Sanam" magazine (1998-2003), and the section editor of the "XXI Century" newspaper from 2004.
Halima Khudoiberdieva's first poems were published in the Yangier district newspaper during her school years (1964). After that he wrote "First Love" (1968), "White Apples" (1973), "Chaman" (1974), "My Supporting Mountains" (1976), "Grandfather Sun" (1977), "Warm" (1979), " Loyalty ”(1983),“ Holy Woman ”(1987),“ There are those who have reached these days ”,“ Fire of Hurricane ”(1993),“ What Tomaris said ”(1996),“ I am on the way ”(2005) and other books of poetry were published.
Halima Khudoiberdieva entered Uzbek poetry as a poet who sang about sincere human feelings and qualities - love and devotion, kindness and mercy, as a singer of dreams and aspirations of Uzbek women. From his earliest collections of poetry, he sought to uncover the magical aspects of the images of women and mothers in his work, to convey that they were not only full and active members of society, but also the fear and decoration of that society. The woman in her image is the future of any nation and country - a miraculous force that delivers healthy and harmonious youth. From this point of view, Halima Khudoiberdieva vividly depicts the thoughts and inner feelings of Uzbek women, seeks to instill in her contemporaries feelings of respect and love for women.
Halima Khudoiberdieva's poems have been translated into many foreign languages. Flood Minnullin's play "Alla" was staged by the author's translation of Halima Khudoiberdieva on the stage of the modern Uzbek National Academic Drama Theater.
He translated works by Fazu Aliyeva, Silva Kaputikyan and Ibrahim Yusupov.
