Therefore, a person should monitor his condition, as soon as he notices that the head is tilted forward, it is recommended to pull the abdominal muscles, straighten the shoulders and exercise the head to the right and left.

If the distance between the screen and the object is long, it is easy to see the object as a whole. If working in this position takes a long time, the weight will increase even more. The result is back pain, itching, fatigue and redness. Experts recommend a distance of 50-60 centimeters between the eye and the monitor. Ideally, it should be adjusted to the length of the arm, and the result became clear after a few hours.

Even in this case, the weight falls on only one leg, and this can lead to various diseases. The recommendation is to place both feet on the floor and raise the height of the chair.
