Don’t worry, the amount of sweets consumed doesn’t lead to gestational diabetes in pregnant women. However, this does not mean that it should be consumed in spite of everything. It is best to eat bitter dark chocolate, wet and dried fruits, raisin biscuits and juices.
Caffeine:  The harmful effects of this product on the fetus are due to the fact that it is your stimulus. That is, you can satisfy fatigue or sleep by drinking a cup of coffee. But, you’re actually tired. You are forcing the body! This will have an impact on future generations. Limit caffeine intake to 2 cups of coffee or tea per day. It is best to avoid caffeinated beverages altogether. Note: Blue and black tea have more caffeine than coffee!
