According to the National Training Program, higher education is based on the academic achievements of secondary special education (academic lyceum) and / or vocational education (vocational college) and combines two levels: bachelor's and master's degrees. OOMTV is not responsible for determining the organization of the academic year, including the duration of academic semesters, examinations, and vacation periods.
The academic year begins on September 2 and runs through the end of June. The year is divided into two semesters and includes a period of 10 to 12 weeks:

Semester 2 - from the beginning of February to the end of June, although the duration of the semester may depend on the position of the university and the level of teaching.
First degree - Bachelor's degree
It is a basic higher education that provides fundamental knowledge in one of the areas of higher education with a duration of training of not less than four years. Upon completion of the undergraduate program, graduates will receive a bachelor’s degree and a state-standard diploma that entitles them to start a professional career or continue their education at a master’s level.
The second degree - Judiciary
This is a higher education in a specific specialty with a duration of undergraduate education of not less than 2 years. Graduates of the master's degree will receive a state-standard diploma, which entitles them to engage in professional work or continue their education in postgraduate institutions.

Secondary and post-secondary (secondary special, vocational) education may be provided by persons with higher (secondary special, vocational) education. Second and subsequent training is carried out on a fee-for-service basis. In particular, the second higher education can be obtained by:
