2. Coat of arms:
- for one certificate - 223 soums;
3. Paid service:
- For assistance in filling out the application - 4460 soums;
- for legal explanation and registration of the act - 22 300 soums.
This means that the total amount you need to change your name, surname and scarf in your passport is:
• 16 soums if you are 18-361 years old;
• If you are over 18 years old, you will pay 472 soums.
