How much is the state fee for divorce and marriage?
According to the data, the number of marriages registered in 2020 was 296, while the number of divorces was 750.
- The state fee for marriage registration BHM is 20%;
- Fee charged by the Civil Registry Office to register a divorce:
• 1,5 times the BHM by mutual consent of couples without minor children;
• 1,5 to 3 times the BHM, depending on the court decision, if the couple is in a first marriage;
• If one of the spouses is in a remarriage, the court order is 3 to 4 times the BHM.
It will be recalled that from February 2021, 1, the BHM will be 245 soums.
