❤️❤️❤️HOW TO BREASTFEED A BABY?! ❤️❤️❤️
It is necessary to breastfeed the child in the "correct" position for proper and sufficient suckling and adequate production of milk.
1. Breastfeeding while lying on your side.

2. Breastfeeding the baby holding the head in the hand.

3. Breastfeeding the baby.

4. Breastfeeding the baby with the body on the mother's back.

5. Breastfeeding twins using a pillow.

6. Koala state. Breastfeeding an older child on your lap.

7. Breastfeeding the child lying on the mother's stomach.

8. For mothers who gave birth by caesarean section, breastfeeding the child on the shoulder.

It is important to choose the most convenient for the mother and the child. It is advisable to try each one in practice and use the most comfortable, pain-free and fatigue-free position.
If you are breastfeeding while sitting down:
1. Sit properly and comfortably:
The more comfortable the mother feels, the better the milk will come. Put special or regular pads on your back and knees, and sit on a small chair or blanket so that your legs don't dangle. Relax.
2. Position the child correctly under the breast:
The first condition is that the baby's body collides with your body, which accelerates the milk production.
Turn the child's whole body towards you (not just the head). The child should not be forced to reach the breast with his mouth, it should be easy to reach.
Let the rubber child on your knee take the weight, your arm should not be exhausted.
Instead of bending over the baby, lift the baby comfortably and lean on the pillows.
Hug and breastfeed the baby.
If you are breastfeeding while lying down:
This position is similar to the one above, with the child and mother facing each other with their bodies. Lean back with a pillow under your head and behind your back.
