How to fast in summer?

SHARE WITH FRIENDS:

If you want to fast the holy month of Ramadan on hot summer days, follow these instructions.
Your food this month should not be any different than usual. It should be as simple as possible. This is because drastic changes in the diet can also strain some organs and cause various problems. Eat more vegetables, fruits, poultry, fish, bread, cereals and dairy products. They are easy to digest and nutritious. Avoid fried foods. Such foods cause indigestion, heartburn, and intense thirst. It is also important to avoid heat. This dehydrates the body and leads to thirst.
Things to do:
Avoid foods high in fat and sugar. They can make you thirsty.
Avoid eating too much and drinking too much water at breakfast. As a result, mineral salts are released during the day, which keeps the body in tone.
Don’t smoke, if you can’t quit this habit, reduce your smoking from today.
Eat boiled, light but long-lasting foods at breakfast. These include legumes and cereals.
Drink more water and juices during iftar and between nights to keep your body hydrated. This helps keep your body hydrated.
Those who are not allowed to fast Ramadan are:
A minor.
A madman who has lost his mind.
Someone who is unconscious.
Those who are sick and cannot fast.
A stranger on a journey.
Elderly people who are not tired of fasting.
Menstruating or postpartum women.
Pregnant and lactating women.
Expected problems.
The fact that Ramadan falls on hot days can cause various problems in our body. Of course, this is due to our own poor nutrition. Let's talk about such frustrations and how to prevent them.
