How to find my site on yandex, google

I opened a new site on wordpress. How can this site be shortlisted by search engines? What does it take to do that?

then I installed a counter on www.uz. It is visible on the site. But the site was not found among the directories. How can this be corrected?

For sites that appear on google or Yandex:

You will need to log in to Google Search Console, register and add your site. Google will then tell you to place a request on your site, such as a meta tag or html file. Then your site will appear on google. The same goes for Yandex.
