1) Through the bank. Pay by printing that check on a printer and going to any bank checkout;
2) Through electronic payment systems. Open a special application and search for the State Testing Center in the Payments section (usually in the “Public Services” category). You enter the 14-digit invoice number shown on the check. Then your name will appear. And you make the payment. Usually a 1% (1 soums) commission is withheld.
