🍌 Eat plenty of potassium-rich foods: bananas, potatoes, avocados, greens, mushrooms, peas, oranges, raisins, tomatoes….

🥤 Drink more water. The water-salt balance in the human body should always be in moderation. The more fluid you drink, the more salt is excreted from the body. Note that one liter of water corresponds to 30 kg of body weight.
