Regulation No. 08.05.2002, approved by the order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 1136, stipulates that an employee is on annual (basic and additional) leave and maternity leave and when maternity leave is granted, the benefit is provided for all days of pregnancy and maternity leave specified in the temporary incapacity sheet.
