✅ According to Article 157 of the Labor Code, overtime work is paid at least two contributions for work on weekends and holidays. The exact amount of wages to be paid is determined in the collective agreement, if it is not concluded - by the employer in agreement with the trade union committee or other employee representative body.
- Work on a holiday or a day off may be covered by the issuance of another day off (holiday) at the request of the employee. In the case of work on a holiday or a day off, or another day off for work performed outside of working hours, at least a contribution in the amount of such work shall be paid.
PS: If you want to get a bonus, you have to give up your holidays as well. 😐
