In what cases is a student expelled from higher education?
✅ A student can be expelled from a higher education institution in the following cases;
✅ at will;
✅ in connection with the transfer of study to another educational institution;
✅ due to health (based on the certificate of the medical commission);
✅ for violation of educational discipline and internal rules and ethics of the university;
✅ for missing more than 74 hours of classes during a semester without good reason;
✅ due to untimely payment of tuition fees (for those studying on a fee-for-service basis);
✅ in connection with the imprisonment of a student by a court;
✅ in case of violation of the procedure established by the court decision in the entrance exams (in this case, the expelled students will not be reinstated);
✅ death
