Is Heather also responsible?
- From the point of view of the law, no one is liable for expressing opinions and comments. However, according to the last paragraph of Article 29 of our Constitution, information directed against the existing constitutional system and other restrictions established by law are excluded.
- According to paragraph 140 of Article 2 of the Criminal Code, if a hater or other person insults by posting in the media, telecommunications networks or the Internet,
- shall be punished by a fine in the amount of two hundred to four hundred times the amount of the basic calculation or correctional labor for a period of one to two years.
