⚡️Question; An acquaintance of mine was running a business at home two months ago. Now investigators from the relevant authorities are coming to his house to bring him to justice. Is it true that we have heard that he will be fined 50 million?
⚡️Answer; According to Article 165 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, engaging in activities without a license and other permits entails a fine for citizens in the amount of five to ten times the basic calculation amount (2 soums).
❗️If a person repeats the same mistake within a year after being fined once - he will be fined from ten to twenty times the basic calculation amount (5 soums).
➖If you know him, if he is prosecuted for the first time for this offense, he can be fined not more than 50 million soums, but not more than 2 soums.
