Poem for May 9 Memorial Day
As long as there is memory, the nation is alive,
Pride is alive, pride is alive.
Memory is the power that makes a nation,
Memory is the light that illuminates the morning.
Even the grass has a memory,
The memory of the grass is the pursuit of light.
If it grows, it splits in two
Even a mountain stands on its way.
Until the sun shines in the sky,
You are as eternal as heaven, O my native people!
To every tragedy, to every honor,
You alone are right to evaluate!
