Meat pie

Required ingredients: 3 cups flour, 1 cup milk, 50 gr. margarine, 2 eggs, yeast and salt.
Ingredients: 500 gr. minced meat, 2 onions, 100 gr. sour cream, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: Add warm milk, eggs, yeast to the bowl and mix well. Then add melted margarine, salt and flour, knead a soft dough and leave for an hour.
To make the pie, add vegetable oil, chopped onion and minced meat to the pan and fry on low heat for 5 minutes. Then add sour cream, salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix well. The raised dough is then divided into two pieces. Once the first piece of it has spread to a thickness of 1-1,5 cm, it is placed on a gas oven tray. On top, the above ingredients are spread evenly. On top, a second piece of dough is spread out and glued around it with the bottom dough decorated. Finally, rub the egg yolk and bake in a preheated gas oven at 230 degrees for 15 minutes.
