MEDICAL STAFF SHOULD WORK HOW MANY HOURS A WEEK.

⚡️QUESTION;
How many hours a week should health workers work by law?

⚡️ANSWER;
According to Article 118 of the Labor Code, for certain categories of employees (medical personnel included in this category) working hours associated with high levels of emotion, mental stress, nervous tension, that is, of a special nature the duration shall not exceed thirty-six hours per week. This means that the working hours of medical staff should not exceed 36 hours per week.

✏️ Neither doctors, nor general practitioners, nor supervisors are empowered to illegally employ subordinates outside of working hours. If someone doesn’t like the law requirement, the employee has nothing to do with it. Please report your objections to the lawmakers.
