According to Article 118 of the Labor Code, for certain categories of employees (medical personnel included in this category) working hours associated with high levels of emotion, mental stress, nervous tension, that is, of a special nature the duration shall not exceed thirty-six hours per week. This means that the working hours of medical staff should not exceed 36 hours per week.
