The meeting was attended by R. Otakulova MMIBDO of the school, the head of the methodical association E. Kochkarova and all members of the methodical association.

   On the agenda:

1. Report on the experience of teachers of grades 1-3 on "Methods of adapting students to education."

2. The issue of school diaries and attendance.

The meeting was opened by the head of the methodical association E.Kuchkarova, who introduced the issues on the agenda. He gave the floor to D. Egamberdiyeva, the head of the 2nd "D" class:

In the work of the first President IAKarimov "High spirituality is an invincible force" there is a sentence: "The path to the human heart begins, first of all, with education…" and the need to study and act on his inner world, his worldview, which is inextricably linked with education.

From the first day of school, the child finds it difficult to accept social rules, classroom conditions, and learning responsibilities. No matter how much we prepare them for school in the family, in preschool institutions, it will take time for them to adapt to the real classroom environment. At the end of her report, D. Egamberdiyeva noted the importance of the work of primary school teachers in this regard.

The meeting decides on the issue:

1. To accept the report of the primary school teacher D.Egamberdiyeva on the 1st issue of the agenda.

2. Emphasize the important role of all primary school teachers in the adaptation of students to education. .

The head of the methodological association spoke on the second issue of the agenda and stated the following:

As we care about nurturing a harmoniously developed generation that preserves and values our independence, strengthens it with its knowledge and hard work, and lays the foundation for eternity, it is important to focus on the spiritual environment in which our young people with such a healthy outlook grow. remains a task.

The daily rating book is a tool that connects students, parents and class teachers with each other on a weekly basis. Because the daily ranking book is kept separately for each student, and the grades received from the subjects during the week are determined by science teachers. The class teacher also monitors the student's behavior during the week and writes it in the daily rating book. The class teacher checks the daily rating books on a weekly basis to ensure that it is also monitored by the parents. In this process, parents are also aware of their child's education and behavior.

We analyzed the maintenance of diary rankings of our school students and their control by class teachers. According to the results of this analysis, all students of grades 1-10 of our school have daily rating books. However, we have witnessed a number of shortcomings in the maintenance of these daily rating books. Below we describe the following shortcomings:

Among students in grades 1.8-9-10, some boys did not complete their daily rating books.

2. Pupils of 7-A, 6-D, 5-ABDE classes have shortcomings in keeping daily rating books.

3. In some classes, there were daily rating books that were not monitored by class teachers, and we issued a warning to the class leaders.

4. Primary school students did not keep clean diary books.

It was found that among the students of 5.9-10 grades there are students who do not bring the daily rating book to school.

Measures should be taken to eliminate the above shortcomings immediately.

Attendance of students in the 10th grade is also monitored. The results of this attendance are submitted to the district department of public education every day and every month. Accordingly, the attendance and attendance of students at our school is satisfactory. There are no students in our school who do not attend classes regularly.

The meeting decides on the 2nd issue of the agenda:

  1. The report of the head of the methodological association on the status and attendance of students' daily rating books was accepted as a basis.
  2. It is up to the class leaders to rectify the deficiencies identified in the daily ranking books
  3. It should be noted that the heads of the above-named classes eliminate the shortcomings in the daily rating books and check them by the head of the methodological association.
  4. Class teachers are responsible for constantly monitoring the attendance of students
  5. The head of the methodological association is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the above decisions
