FAILURE TO PROVIDE SALARY ON TIME

⚡️QUESTION;
In the organization where I work, the monthly salary has not been paid for 2 months. If we turn to the employer, he keeps saying, "I'll give you this, I'll give you this." Is it right to walk without paying the salary?

⚡️ANSWER;
Article 161 of the Labor Code states that the terms of payment of wages shall be determined by the collective agreement or other local regulatory document and shall not be less than once every six months. Article 154 of this Code stipulates that the employer, regardless of his financial situation, must pay the employee for the work performed within the terms specified in Article 161 above.

✅ The norm is clear. There is nothing difficult to understand. So the employer (whether he has money or not) is obliged to pay the salary on time twice a month.
