ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OF STAFF'S SALARY IN KINDERGARTEN
📃 According to the regulation approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 24.12.2019 No. 1030, a one-time supplement to the salary of employees in kindergartens is given based on their results or when the following necessary conditions are met:
✅ in relation to the salary for the participation in the examination contests:
👉 up to 15 percent for district and regional results;
👉 up to 20 percent for national results;
✅ up to 15 percent for organizing modern training based on the principle of the game;
✅ up to 20 percent for the contribution to increase the interest of students in science.
