Postpartum problems and ways to overcome them
There are problems that a newborn woman may not be able to discuss even with her best friend. Shame on you! We decided not to hide anything, as we did at the doctor's appointment. You know, hiding the patient reveals a fever anyway…
We decided to mention 3 subtle problems specific to the chilla period observed in women. These include: hemorrhoids, urinary incontinence, and vaginal dryness.

Hemorrhoids after childbirth
One in three newborn women is familiar with a painful condition called hemorrhoids. Initially, the pain around the anus is exacerbated when you have diarrhea. It appears as a small lump in the ground and can sometimes grow rapidly. However, even when he gets smaller, he begins to suffer unbearably. These are the symptoms of hemorrhoids. The pain is exacerbated when going to the toilet, wearing underwear, or performing daily hygiene routines. Because even if the meat touches that place, it hurts a lot.
Hemorrhoids are a disease characterized by the formation of nodules due to dilation and swelling of the veins in the rectum. These nodules and nodules can have different shapes and colors. There is no axiom that the bigger they are, the stronger the pain. The opposite is also possible. Hemorrhoids are caused by blood clots in the veins due to increased intra-abdominal pressure. An emergency load on a woman's body during pregnancy and childbirth can trigger the disease. Of course, the genetic factor is also important. If your mother has had the disease, you are more likely to "taste" her pain.
In severe cases, surgery can be used. But usually the pain goes away. Be sure to take good care of yourself and follow your doctor's advice. Although there are many medications available today to treat hemorrhoids, we would not recommend treating them yourself. Because only a doctor can choose the right tool for you. We offer some of the methods used in folk medicine as an adjunct therapy.
  • Ice is used as the most effective tool in folk medicine. It is recommended to gently rub ice on your sore spot in the morning, evening and after diarrhea.
  • Freezing chamomile tincture or decoction is also effective. Chamomile has drying and antimicrobial properties.
  • The advantage of cold water hygiene for sore spots is that the pain is less noticeable.
  • We completely exclude heavy physical labor.

Inability to urinate after childbirth
After childbirth, interstitial muscle tone decreases. Usually, women do not pay enough attention to this. They waste precious time thinking that it will pass. We are talking about involuntary urination. This condition is more common in women who are close to menstruation, as well as in newborns. At first, when you laugh out loud, your underwear gets wet. If left untreated, it can recur with heavy lifting, sneezing, and even coughing. Urinary incontinence is a problem for about 90 percent of women. Our anatomical structure is such that the fats that accumulate in the lower abdomen, our internal organs, and the fetus put pressure on the urethra and the bladder. When the muscles around the urethra weaken, there is a problem with not being able to hold urine. What to do?
First of all, it is necessary to perform special exercises designed for the intercostal muscles before and after childbirth. There are many such exercises, the essence of which is to strengthen the muscles of the vagina and anus by shortening and relaxing. Exercises can be done quickly, slowly, sitting, standing and lying down, at any time, in a comfortable position. The key is to repeat them several times each day.
Second, hold a medium-sized ball between the numbers at least twice a day and walk back and forth.
Third, it is necessary to monitor the excretion of urine. It is recommended to stop the flow for a few seconds each time you need to empty the bladder and then resume it. Then you will feel better where the muscles we mentioned are located and how they work and you will increase their tone. Again, EVERY TRIP when emptying the bladder! Remember, dear women, this is a guarantee of protection against inability to urinate in old age! In newborn women, this exercise gives results in two weeks and allows you to forget about the problem of wet underwear. If exercise doesn't work the first time, don't give up. Well, at first you feel it, even if it's imaginary. Imagination is followed by practical results, believe me!

Vaginal dryness
Water means life. Adequate hydration not only rejuvenates the skin, but also moisturizes the mucous membranes throughout the body. The hormone estrogen is responsible for women's beauty. It delivers water to our skin and mucous membranes. As labor approaches, the production of another hormone, oxytocin, increases. After childbirth, the brain begins to send messages about the need to produce milk. This is done through the hormone prolactin. Therefore, the hormone estrogen in the body of a newborn woman is sharply reduced. It is this "dance of hormones" that causes the vagina to become dry.
After an uncomplicated delivery, doctors recommend that the woman resume sexual intercourse after a month and a half, when the chill period is over. During this time, the body undergoes the first period of recovery: the genitals return to their previous state, the tumors are absorbed, and the tissues damaged during childbirth are restored. However, the necessary moisture in the vagina can be restored to some extent only when the child is six months old. In such a situation, three basic intimate tools can help a woman.
  • Intimate lovers. These are water-based gels that are applied to the dry mucous surface of the vagina when needed. They can be used not only during sexual intercourse, but also in cases of itching, dryness and discomfort in the vagina.
  • Estrogen creams for vagina. They do not provide "first aid" like lyubrikants. They should be used only on the advice of a gynecologist. Applying this remedy can enrich the dry areas of the vagina with estrogen. Just keep in mind, estrogens are not recommended for nursing mothers!
  • Estrogen contraceptive pills. These are also chosen by the doctor. If you are not breastfeeding for any reason, you can contact them. Contraceptives for nursing mothers do not contain estrogen at all.
It is also important to remember about vitamins and procedures to restore the postpartum microflora of the vagina. From the time a baby is born until the age of three months, mothers should take vitamins for breastfeeding women. This is because all the nutrients in the food that the mother eats go to milk first. There is almost nothing left of the mother who gave them to the child. When it comes to restoring the vaginal microflora, a bowl of yogurt before bedtime is good not only for the intestines, but also for the mucous membranes of the genitals.

The microflora can also be stabilized by various candles. They should be used in consultation with your doctor.
