Until recently, experts have warned of the need to be careful when consuming peppers and other pungent spices. It was forbidden to use them in patients with diseases of the digestive organs. Now, however, doctors are changing their minds about these substances. In particular, spices such as pepper and pepper do no harm to the liver at all. However, this does not mean that everyone can use this spice according to their nature. Especially in cirrhosis and heart failure, their use is not recommended in the diet when tumors form. According to A. Buverov, a well-known doctor of liver diseases, Doctor of Medical Sciences, pepper and pepper increase thirst and lead to drinking too much water, which has a negative impact on the patient's mood.

The bromelain enzyme in pepper breaks down proteins, while the capsaicin substance enhances the process of thermogenesis, along with giving it a sharp bitter taste. As a result, our body produces a lot of heat and some of the fat in the body is broken down. The bitter-tasting food consumed at breakfast consumes 23 percent of the body's energy. At the same time, capsaicin not only alters the protein content of more than twenty, but also inhibits the growth of adipose tissue.

Black pepper-containing piperine, ginger-containing gingerol and shogaol also enhance the process of thermogenesis. The combined use of these spices affects the digestion of various excess fats, leading to an increase in energy expenditure. The advantage of using them together is that the less useful substance in one is replaced by the other. That is why all of them are widely used in India. For example, the Indians created a good spice set by using red pepper and black pepper, ginger and cumin, as well as coriander, turmeric and other spices in appropriate proportions to each other. In India, China, and all of Southeast Asia, where a variety of spices are widely used, there are fewer obese people than in the West. It has little to do with the genetics of the population of these countries. This is due to the recent emergence of Western food concerns in the region and the proliferation of various fast foods, leading to an epidemic of obesity and type XNUMX diabetes.

Another factor that prevents people from gaining weight fast in the region is green tea. It contains large amounts of catechins. This substance protects the heart and blood vessels and prevents the formation of cancer. At the same time, green tea prevents the accumulation of fat under the liver and skin, enhances the process of thermogenesis.

Of course, in these respects alone, there is no need to get used to eating very spicy foods like Indians. However, the use of peppers and peppers in cooking, and the presence of various spices on the table is always useful. They are also beneficial in reducing salt intake. It is useful to add a little of the spice to the first and second courses, as well as to various salads, but it also gives the dishes a good taste.

According to the latest data from scientists, the milk of ruminants (sheep, goats, cows) and milk and meat products made from them are dietary foods that prevent obesity. Alcohol-free red wine also prevents obesity. At the same time it protects the liver from the negative effects of alcohol. Protects against diabetes and atherosclerosis.
